Cerulean Part Three: Cerulean Notes and Mini Rant

Before I go farther, I'd like to show you promo number three part one. Luana (whose real name I can't remember... I think it's Brooke...?) made this banner and the next two. This will be the cover photo of my facebook page starting on May 25th. Also, this probably won't just be about Cerulean. There's also a mini rant too.

So, during my editing process of book two, I realized that my notes are all jumbled up. I have 'bits and bobs' (more like additions) that were never really in either... so I've decided to split the notes up: Changes and Edits to RP's 1 and 2 and 'Bits and Bobs'/Additions. Eventually, once I'm completely done with edits, I'll post my 'notes.' Again.

I have about two weeks until Camp NaNo starts and, due to my being someone who gets distracted quite easily, I'm still on page 6 of the 'spliced' bit. This is going to be quite long. I'm not expecting to finish the second to be perfectly honest. If I do, that'll be awesome. If not, I won't have any hard feelings.

I currently have up to eight chapters planned out as of now and they just keep coming. I'm getting even more stoked the more I plan things out. Maybe I actually can reach 50k this summer... At least once. In August, I'm hoping on writing a novel that just popped into my head called "The Black Cat Curse."

I haven't even started planning chapters. All I have is a character (Willa Ford), a basis (witchcraft) and a cover (left). I'm shooting to do this but, if I'm too busy in August, I won't be too disappointed. If I only work on one Camp NaNo event this summer, I'd want it to be Cerulean.

I want to get back into fantasy. I do love paranormal but for the past three to four years, I've been writing strictly paranormal. Yes, I have written other things (like a poorly plotted realistic romance and a few fantasy novels here and there) but it has mostly been paranormal. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE vampires, werewolves and the like but it's time for a change. I'd like to go back to my roots.

Well, I'm going to cut it here. I've got to go get finished getting ready. I have a funeral to go to today and we'd like to leave town by 8. It's 7:15 here and it takes me about 15 minutes to walk to my rents' house from my apartment.

Always,
Ali
